If your question is not answered here, please don't hesitate to send us a message via the contact page.

We will do our best to get your products dispatched within 3-5 business days if the items are in stock (unless otherwise stated). For custom or large business merch orders where stock needs to be ordered in, more time is obviously needed. We appreciate your grace when these times change due to the nature of life and being a one-woman business. We will update these via our Instagram page and this website.


We ship via Australia Post. Average delivery times to your specific location can be viewed on their website (we ship from 2155). A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.


If you need something urgently and are local to The Hills District, we do offer free local pick up or delivery to save on shipping time. The postcodes available for the delivery option are listed on the shipping page.


Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and are calculated at checkout. Express shipping is available as an option, which only speeds up potential delivery time, not production time. If you need something quickly, please contact us directly before placing an order.


If you live overseas and are interested in our products, please send us an email and we can let you know approximate shipping costs and provide you with options for getting out products. To ship to New Zealand, we have included these prices in shipping options.


Please make sure the required text (name/brand etc) is entered correctly as this is what will be used. We check all items carefully before dispatch, however if there is a problem with your order and the error is on our behalf, please contact us within 48 hours of the product arriving so we can rectify it as soon as possible.


Due to the personalised nature of most products, we cannot offer exchanges or returns including for change of mind. We generally do not offer refunds unless stock is unavailable to be sourced, however store credits may be issued upon our discretion. If an item is damaged during transit, Australia Post has procedures in place for this and that is to be communicated with them. Please also send us this information so we can assist if necessary and return items to us via post (at your expense) or in person within 21 days of purchase. 


Once your order has been received, we cannot offer cancellations, however we can provide a store credit if the item has not started being produced.


We have a large, flat heat press suitable for items such as clothing, pillow cases, bags, cushions and wood (items up to 2.5cm thickness), as well as a hat press and a mug/tumbler press, which can take a variety of sizes. We have a cutting machine so if vinyl can be applied to an item, chances are we can customise it! We use both permanent and removable vinyl as well as heat transfer vinyl (HTV) so can make a wide array of signs as well. The cutting machine can cut a range of materials up to 2.4mm thickness. 


We are happy to source products specific to your needs or you are welcome to bring your own and have us customise it. If you have a file ready to go, please ensure it is in SVG format for ease of transfer. 


The product descriptions show pictures of our wide range of font options. We have many others not listed here as well if you are looking for something specific. 


Please handle each product with care and keep hazardous-sized items away from small children as they can be a choking risk. Some acrylic products come with a protective coating on them which you will need to peel off prior to use. Acrylic has a gloss side and a matte side, with the gloss side capable of showing finger marks. 


We recommend using a soft, fibreless cloth to clean them along with warm water and mild soap if needed (not dishwasher safe). Please avoid all solvents and alcohol / acetone based products as this can damage the acrylic.


We try hard to source products within Australia and the wood items are often raw. The grains can appear different from product to product and appear "imperfect" and this is not considered a design flaw, but rather part of the unique, natural quality of the product.


We value your privacy and we do not share your personal information with any third parties unless required by law to do so. 


We like to share creations via social media unless you specifically do not wish for this to happen.


We do not take responsibility for any software issues that occur by using our site or any linked on here.
